Using Our Service

Sahoda Labs provides an AI-powered marketing tool for small and medium businesses. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information about your business during signup. Misuse or false information may result in removal from the beta.

Private Beta Access

Access to Sahoda Labs is currently invitation-only. Beta access is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or revoke access at any time. Features and pricing may change before the general release.

Content & Approval

Sahoda Labs generates marketing content on your behalf based on the information you provide. You retain full ownership of all content we produce for you. Nothing is published, posted, or distributed without your explicit review and approval.

Intellectual Property

All technology, software, branding, and design used to deliver the Sahoda Labs service are the exclusive property of Sahoda Labs. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.

Limitation of Liability
